How You’ll Make an Impact   

Deliver comprehensive website performance reporting by compiling, analyzing and visualizing data for leadership teamsIdentify key indicators of website usage and engagement and lead efforts in data collection and analyticsDesign and implement automated dashboards and reporting solutions to enable real-time and periodic tracking of messaging, strategy and buyflow effectivenessPresent findings to leadership and stakeholders, sharing key metrics and actionable insights to inform content and offer strategiesDevelop and execute A/B tests across multiple platforms to measure and optimize website and buyflow performanceCollaborate closely with website development, marketing, sales and performance analytics teams to align data-driven recommendations with business objectivesPerform additional duties as required to support continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Experience   

7+ years of website data collection and analytics for internal or external websites, media publisher or comparable digital platform7+ years of experience with dashboards and reporting tools

Skills   

Extensive quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills along with broad communications abilities, leveraging demonstrated success in providing insights and performing formal presentations to corporate leadership and other senior managementAbility to prioritize, organize effectively and communicate clear objectivesExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Report Builder and Google AnalyticsExtensive expertise in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)Experience with Tableau or comparable visualization softwareFamiliarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress, etc.
