What This Position is All About
Under guidance from the Director of Visual Merchandising & Store Environment, the Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of all visual merchandising, creative direction, and associated projects at a store level for the New York flagship store. The Sr. Manager will oversee the New York flagship Visual Managers, driving every day visual merchandising execution and strategies. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will collaborate with key internal and external partners.

You Also Have:
4-8 years of management experience and a proven track record in leading a group of independent thinkers with successful end results
Demonstrated experience in strategic and creative visual merchandising
Demonstrated leadership in directing others; ideally in multi-unit environment
Demonstrated advanced visual merchandising knowledge and understanding how visual merchandising supports the customer experience.
Bachelor's degree required
As The Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising, You Will:
Ensure that stores are in compliance with corporate standards and that direction is executed at a bigger level, specific to the New York Flagship. Responsible for the daily maintenance/updating visual standards.
Strong leadership role in directing visual managers in timely execution of fashion, trends, launches, corporate projects and store merchandising and visual standards, budgets
Develop skills of visual managers and staff through trainings and hands on working store visits to build bench strength within company
Create a succession plan for Visual Managers and staff: identifies talent, assesses abilities and provides managers with feedback.
Act as a liaison between the Corporate Merchants and stores Visual Managers to support all divisional initiatives and events.
Identify creative solutions and problem solve visual challenges specific to New York.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is between $89,893.77 –100,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for bonus.
