The Transaction Banking team’s mandate includes the management of all dedicated business products and channels at CIBC as well as cash management and trade finance related sales team. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most_ _optimal_ _for you to thrive in your role._ _You’ll_ _have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where_ _you’ll_ _spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How** **you’ll** **succeed** + **Relationship building -** Build strong relationships withthe Transaction Banking team including leadership, product managers, and the cash management sales team . Communicate findings effectively to a wide variety of audiences. + **Strategic problem solving –** Lead work to frame the problem to be addressed,identify, and execute required analysis, and synthesize key findings to help senior leadership reach decisions. + **Ad hoc analyses –** Lead ad hoc analyses to address key business issues as they arise.Complete complex data analysesutilizinga variety of sources. Develop and share insights with a wide variety of audiences.     + **Client and product profile development –** Lead the development and maintenance of client profiles that can be used tofacilitateboth ongoing reporting and ad hoc analyses. + **Reporting –** Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of ongoing value add reporting. **Who you are** + **You can** **demonstrate** **strong data analytics skills** , including experience working with large sets of both structured and unstructured data. Youhave experiencewith tools such as **DataBricks** **, Python,** **SQL,** **Power BI,** and **Alteryx.** You willleveragethese tools for data processing, creating workflows, conducting data analysis, and building analytical models. + **You give meaning to data.** You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information.You'reconfident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.
