**Senior Manager, Training, SEA**
**Role Overview:**
The Senior Manager, Training, SEA is responsible for developing, leading, and executing technical training strategies across Southeast Asia. This role ensures workforce competency, safety compliance, and service quality through standardized and impactful training programs. The position requires strong leadership, regional coordination, and collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to drive training initiatives. The position will report to the Service Field Director, SEA who will provide access to mentorship, training growth and development opportunities across our highly resilient world changing business.
**On a typical day you will:**
+ Define and implement a comprehensive training roadmap aligned with SEA business objectives and global standards.
+ Drive a culture of learning and technical excellence across all SEA.
+ Design, standardize, and localize training programs ensuring relevance to regional needs and compliance with safety regulations.
+ Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and technician competency.
+ Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to identify gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
+ Partner with Global and Regional Training Managers to ensure alignment with global standards and incorporate best practices.
+ Work closely with Operations and OA Training Leads to integrate feedback and maintain consistency across regions.
+ Facilitate cross-country knowledge sharing and foster collaboration among technical teams.
+ Provide regular reports on training metrics, progress, and impact to senior leadership.
**What You Will Need to be Successful:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training, learning & development, or field operations within the elevator/escalator industry or a similar technical service environment.
+ At least 2 years in a leadership role managing regional or multi-country training programs.
+ Demonstrated capability to develop and execute training strategies aligned with business objectives.
+ Proficiency in setting KPIs, monitoring training effectiveness, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Strong data analysis and reporting skills to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
