The role delivers technical and analytical support required to provide data-driven performance insights on revenue management metrics including, but not limited to, market share performance, pricing effectiveness, booking pace by segment and tier, market segmentation, channels and source market trends. This role is responsible for leading and executing data and reporting initiatives that support key strategic decisions aimed at driving higher topline revenue and increasing market share for the organization. The role will encompass a high degree of stakeholder engagement and cross disciplinary collaboration with the broader local / global disciplines including, but not limited to Regional Team, Topline Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Loyalty & Partnerships, and Operations Teams. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Education and Experience** **Required** • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferably in quantitative discipline (finance, computer science, operations research, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc.) and minimum 3 year’s related work experience • Minimum 7 years’ related work experience • Technical Requirements: o Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required o At least one of the following: statistical analysis software skills, programming skills, business intelligence and reporting software skills, data visualization skills is required o Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Python experience preferred **Preferred** • Ability to take large volumes of complex information and present it a clear, concise and complete manner which facilitates executive decision-making • Excellent reporting and dashboard design skills, including data visualization in analytical tools such as Tableau. • Excellent data management and analysis skills, including querying and manipulation of large quantities of data **CORE WORK ACTIVITIES** • Provide leadership, guidance and support to all matters related to data management, dashboard, tools, reports, and analytics • Responsible for technical and analytical support required to provide data-driven performance insights on revenue management metrics • Ensures timely and accurate performance updates to leadership teams • Develop analysis solutions to support performance management processes • Drive reporting and dashboard development for innovative and sustainable improvement • Coordinate and partner with other disciplines and areas to facilitate cross-discipline data needs • Respond to requests for data and analysis • Lead or support special projects, including ad hoc stakeholder requirements for information, analysis and recommendations relative to Continent and Regional initiatives **MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES** **Leadership** • Adaptability - Maintains performance level under pressure or when experiencing changes or challenges in the workplace. • Communication - Conveys information and ideas to others in a convincing and engaging manner through a variety of methods. • Problem Solving and Decision Making - Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities;
