Purpose
The Senior Manager contributes to the overall success of the IB Business Risk Management in ensuring goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the unit business strategies and objectives, focusing mainly on the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and New Initiative Risk Assessment (NIRA) programs. Ensures best practices are used and lessons learned are leveraged across IB jurisdictions to address any potential issues.

University degree in a business-related field. Master degree is a plus. 5+ years of risk management work experience Possess strong communication (verbal and written), listening and presentation skills. The incumbent must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to build consensus and collaboration with stakeholders. Ability to suggest appropriate recommendations to senior/executive management and effectively support those recommendations by applying critical thinking skills and decision making. Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to work well under pressure and constantly adjust priorities for self and the team. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Interested?
