How you will make an impact:

Partner with heart teams to optimize patient management by identifying barriers, delivering targeted recommendations, and collaborating cross‑functionally to implement streamlined solutionsDeliver high‑impact clinical education to heart teams across disease state, patient identification, treatment options, timing of intervention, and application of clinical evidence to support confident decision‑makingLead education on post‑procedural recovery and discharge to enable safe transitions of care, effective follow‑up, and consistent post‑operative managementBuild and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, valve clinic coordinators, imagers, and key staff) through regular in‑person and virtual engagementCollaborate with internal and external partners to develop and refine high‑quality HCP education materialsCollaborate with internal stakeholders in the analysis of your area to ensure alignment with cross‑functional plans to implement strategyEstablish timelines and manage key deliverables to ensure alignment with overall objectives

What you will need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree & a minimum of 10 years related experience OR equivalent based on Edwards criteriaAbility to travel up to 70%

Structural Heart Valve Clinic Coordinator experienceStructural heart nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experienceInterventional cardiology experiencePrevious mitral & tricuspid therapy experienceExcellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectivesStrong project management skills

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

The base pay range for this position is $142,000 - $201,000 (highly experienced).

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., geographic location, qualifications, education, prior experience).   Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
