Senior Manager, Technical Operations and Innovations
**Position Overview** : 
The role will focus on specific Franchise Operation (FO), single or multiple countries based on business indicators such as volume, revenue and operating income in addition to geographical and supply chain complexity and the maturity levels of the bottling partners.

 **Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:** + Drive the execution and technical support to the assigned territory, within the franchise units and bottling partners across all Ti&SC functional areas. + Drive the execution of specific and challenging projects, goal settings for each bottling plant with supporting an efficient execution. Key areas at the assigned territory such as New Product Launches/Development, continuity of supply, processes efficiency and performance, timely investments to expand capacity among others. + Act as the execution arm and drive TI&SC strategies implementation at the Franchise Operation and individual market levels. + Lead and drive as necessary the execution of innovation and productivity initiatives at the country levels (Incl. Product, package, equipment, Supply Chain Improvements, productivity). + Lead the execution of the Operating Unit commercialization plans working directly with the bottling partners, CPS and other functions inside and outside the technical structure. + Responsible for fostering innovation in working practices between the operating unit and franchise partners. + Lead actions of bottling groups to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements at each specific region or markets. + Lead and contribute to developing Supply Chain contingency plans and BCPs at the country or market level, coordinate demand and supply at the country or market level in alignment with the Operating Unit Supply Chai team and the bottling partners. + Support the local sourcing strategy at the market such as bottlers direct purchase ingredients, packaging and others as needed. + Act as a catalyst for system networking with internal and external partners, identify and communicate insights, trends, risks relevant for the overall business and TI&SC specific 
 **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology and Engineering or equivalent related sciences. **Related Work Experience:** + At least 7 years of experience in one or more functional areas within the Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain scope: QSE, SRA, Commercialization, Supply Chain, technical franchise leadership, CPS, R&D, food or beverage industry (Manufacturing, QSE, Logistics-Supply Chain, Engineering among others). + Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes. + Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with the bottling partners and suppliers and the commercial roles of the Franchise Operation.
