Work closely with other colleagues within Talent to design and implement specific programs & interventions which enable the development of a strong internal succession pipeline with particularly focus on high potential talentContinuously identify and supports the right interventions to grow and nurture future leaders within MDLZ (high potential talent), through learning, career opportunities and mobilityCreate a framework for and develops tools needed to create right vehicles for targeted experiencesDefine a clear, integrated approach to link assignments to strategic bench development and career planning including oversight and tracking of the progress of international assignees working closely with global mobility on strategy, policy and frameworksPartner and manage the relationship with key vendorsReview effectiveness of existing programs and stays apace of market changes to address continuous improvement`What you will bring
