How You’ll Make an Impact
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies, including sourcing, recruiting programs, and brandingDrive strategic sourcing by evaluating channels and branding strategies, maintaining cost-effective resources and tools for the businessLead meetings and act as a champion for new initiatives, providing guidance for team development and reinforcing trainingDevelop and maintain high performance standards among team membersMonitor outreach activities to ensure compliance with EEO, FCC, OFCCP, and all federal, state, and local employment lawsAnalyze recruiting and outreach efforts to assess effectiveness and continuously improve talent quality and process efficiencyIdentify and select media, technology, and social solutions to support Spectrum’s talent acquisition strategyImplement metrics to evaluate recruiting and branding program effectiveness, analyze data and communicate results to inform action plansWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience
6+ years of recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, employer branding, or related field experience3+ years of people leadership experienceExperience leading employer brand or candidate attraction initiativesExperience managing digital campaigns, recruitment media, or talent marketing platformsSkills
