Job Profile Summary Lead the planning and execution of projects supporting Sysco’s Global Supply Chain transformation. Utilize supply chain expertise to partner with business leaders and develop innovative solutions. Leads a team through project execution. (e.g. architecture, design and implementation). Partners with technology team leaders to leverage technology. Prepares and presents project team updates and presentations to communicate approaches, priorities and progress made. Contributes to the development of internal talent for supply chain transformation.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

Five years of experience Three years supply chain experience – deep experience in select areas of expertise combined with a broad understanding of end-to-end supply chainDemonstrated leadership experience on multiple cross-functional transformation projects

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Two to three years business and/or technology consulting skills of project planning, process re-engineering, and systems integration
