VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As part of the EMEA Supply Chain Finance team, the person is the subject matter expert in the intersection of Supply Chain and Finance processes. You acts as key contributor in supporting EMEA Supply Chain transformation journey and drives the project management activity as far is related to Supply Chain Finance.
This individual work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Digital technology, Brand) to ensure project completion, adhere to scope and timeline requirements, while regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible to design, develop/improve a solid Data Analytics package on Supply Chain expenses and performances, to support Supply Chain business partners in effective decision making, while promoting best practices around cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a professional with proven experience and deep knowledge in the Supply Chain and Finance areas and ability to solve complex problems. Strong data & analytical mindset coupled with project management skills are required to succeed in the role
What Will You Do...
What You Need To Succeed
Multiple years of experience at a multinational company, with wide exposure to Finance and Supply Chain processes, as well as related project management initiativesExperience in financial accounting, SOX compliance, US GAAP and cost optimization in a Sourcing/Manufacturing organizationDeep knowledge of SAP product costing, inventory management, intercompany flows and transfer pricingExperience in advanced management reporting system and B.I. tools (Power BI)Database languages (SQL) experienceProficient knowledge of international accounting principles and controlling methodsUniversity graduate, degree holder in Finance / Business Administration / EngineeringStrong team player who operates and collaborates effectively across functions and levelsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong process and continuous improvement mindset; passionate to drive changesStrong analytical mindset and solid PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSelf-initiative, independent and able to handle multiple demands & competing prioritiesAbility to effectively present findings to Steerco team in a clear and concise mannerAbout VF
