This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify and drive transformational projects, with an emphasis on automation and AI, and will support internal teams through the development of automated reporting and dashboards. Remaining days may be remote, supporting a balanced approach to work._ **How You’ll Succeed** + **Strategic Planning & Leadership Support -** Support annual strategic and project planning for Global Transaction Banking, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities. Develop strategic materials, presentations, and internal communications to assist leadership in both internal and external forums. Prepare leadership communication materials for meetings, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging. + **Data Analysis & Transformation -** Identify and drive transformational projects in partnership with Global Transaction Banking and Commercial Banking stakeholders, emphasizing automation and artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency. Support internal teams in management information through the design and development of automated reporting solutions and dashboards. Leverage data analysis and client insights to identify business opportunities, inform strategic direction, and support decision-making. Translate client insights into actionable strategies to improve client experience and drive positive business outcomes. + **Project & Product Management -** Manage the overall coordination of project and product roadmaps in relation to strategic priorities, ensuring effective tracking and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and initiatives are prioritized and aligned with business goals. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. **Who you are** + **You can demonstrate working knowledge of** Commercial Banking and Wealth Management’s key priorities and initiatives, in order to meet business objectives.
