Eaton is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Strategy to lead high impact initiatives that shape the future of our global portfolio. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Beachwood, OH. Relocation will be provided for candidates living outside the 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, the Senior Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to Eaton’s executive leadership, driving enterprise-wide strategy formulation, portfolio optimization, and strategic investment initiatives. This role requires exceptional analytical acumen, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to synthesize diverse perspectives into actionable insights.
What you’ll do:• Lead the end-to-end development of Eaton’s enterprise strategy in close collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with financial performance goals and shareholder value creation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews, identify growth opportunities and underperforming assets, and recommend strategic adjacencies to guide capital deployment and resource prioritization.
• Manage the corporate-level strategic planning calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment and driving accountability for key strategic initiatives across business units.
• Provide strategic insights based on macroeconomic trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging disruptions through quantitative modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Develop and deliver compelling strategic communications and presentations tailored for the C-suite and Board of Directors, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to translate strategy into execution plans with measurable outcomes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and ensure strategic goals are met.
• Work closely with the Corporate Development team to evaluate acquisition.
Basic Qualifications:
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in accounting, finance, corporate strategy, strategy consulting and/or investment banking.
• Minimum three (3) years in corporate strategy, strategy consulting or investment banking.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strategy consulting firm experience.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver high-impact presentations to executive leadership and board members, translating complex data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158249.97 - $232099.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
