**What you´ll do**
+ Drive the creation and launch of new brands and strategic innovations in partnership with the US brand strategy team
+ Manage the end-to-end New Product Development process, including product development, go-to-market planning & communications
+ Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering professional development and building strong innovation capabilities within the team
+ Track and report brand performance, making recommendations to optimize growth and ensure financial goals are met
+ Develop and oversee 360° marketing campaigns for new product launches across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand voice and impactful execution.
+ Partner closely with global headquarters to ensure concepts, design, launch assortments, and communication strategies align with global direction while tailoring execution for the U.S. market.
+ Create pitch material, marketing story and partner with Sales to secure retailer support
+ Build out and manage budget Lead Market research to ensure product, packaging and concepts align with US consumers
**What makes you a good fit**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant marketing experience. MBA is Preferred but not must.
+ 6–10 years of experience in innovation, brand marketing, or CPG marketing, with beauty or fashion experience strongly preferred.
+ Proven ability to bring new products to market by leveraging consumer insights and market data.
+ Ideal candidate will have international and domestic/US market CPG experience. (Preferably including Sephora, Ulta, or Amazon)
+ Experience working in omni-channel environments (retail + digital/DTC).
+ Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions and levels.
+ Vendor and agency management experience.
+ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
+ Min 3 years of managerial and people leading experience in the beauty industry preferred - Experience in haircare and/or natural/organic beauty is an advantage.

The salary for this role is **$120,000.00 - $160,000.00** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
