From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

As a division development manager, you will lead a team of account and store development managers, who are strategically placed across a specific geography, responsible for developing our licensed store portfolio with new and existing licensees across multiple segments (e.g., colleges & universities, hotels, hospitals) and states.

Of equal importance, you are responsible for ensuring your team feels empowered to deliver upon Starbucks mission and values, while helping others succeed.

As a Sr Mgr – Licensed Store development, you will…

place relentless focus on partner development

drive accountability of partners to meet business objectives (inclusive of new store growth and portfolio management across geographies, licensees, and segments)

ensure appropriate resources are allocated to deliver against personal, divisional, and organizational plans

We’d love to hear from people with:

a growth mindset

the ability to communicate with intent to drive focus and positive impact

the capability to inspire

experience as a leader in a cross-functional environment

experience in food and beverage, licensing, or franchise development
