Senior Manager, Sportswear SG/GF Channel Merchandising

**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
Reporting into the Director of NSW Channel Merchandising, you will lead the Sporting Goods / General Footwear Channel Merchandising team, to define assortment frameworks, and provide marketplace capacity & insights. You will partner with the EMEA NSW Sport Merchandising team and Sales teams across Channel, Country and Integrated Account Team to deliver and help land best in class, industry leading product assortments.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
As part of the extended NSW Merchandising Leadership Team the individual will have demonstrated clear leadership capabilities within their current role or have prior experience of leading a team and be able to demonstrate how they have led projects or strategies end to end. They will lead, support and coach the team through the seasonal CODE calendar to drive marketplace excellence across future line planning input, marketplace capacity & insights and assortment frameworks. They will be responsible for bringing the NSW SG/GF strategic vision to life within the marketplace through the team and facilitate its execution in collaboration with cross functional partners, through clear communication and storytelling skills, as well as strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities. The individual will have extensive merchandising experience and be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of the marketplace and how to create differentiation across channels and tiers of distribution.

**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
You will lead the Sporting Goods / General Footwear Channel within Merchandising and playing your part with your team and key stakeholders in landing Nike’s Sport Offense with impact within the wider EMEA marketplace.
+ You will be expected to inspire the team and influence senior leaders to follow your direction, whilst having the ability incorporate input and feedback from multiple stakeholders into your plans.
+ Deliver marketplace insights that help inform and drive future line planning with Sport Merchandising counterparts.
+ You will lead the team of 3 merchandisers in being the voice of the marketplace driving clear priorities, that help Nike grow share and elevate Nike’s position with our SG/GF partners.
+ Partner with sales channel and account counterparts to drive the Elevated Product Proposition with our key Partners.
+ The role will involve travel for market visits, as well as some connections with key partners as well as travel for seasonal SMI (Sports Market Integration) meetings.
+ You will be ready and enthusiastic for the challenge of growing the SG/GF channel, as part of Nike’s Sport Offense and the next era of growth for the brand and bring a fresh entrepreneurial energy and mindset to the role.
