This role is all about creating unforgettable experiences that strengthen brand love, foster community engagement, and deliver measurable impact. _As a_ _senior manager, Sports_ _, you will…_ + Lead Strategic Partnerships – Own a portfolio of local sports partnerships that drive brand love, community connection, and coffeehouse traffic. + Be the Go-To Partner – Serve as the primary contact for sports organizations, aligning on goals and guiding flawless execution. + Create Fan-Favorite Activations – Collaborate across marketing, operations, and digital teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with fans. + Champion Co-Branded Initiatives – Bring co-branded campaigns and in-store activations to life. + Negotiate Contracts – Secure mutually beneficial agreements with sports partners. + Stay Ahead of the Game – Monitor trends, measure ROI, and continuously optimize for impact. _We’d love to hear from people with:_ + 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, sports strategy, athlete marketing, or related fields. + Deep understanding of cultural and sports movements, social platforms, and the evolving media landscape. + Proven track record of building meaningful partnerships with athletes, teams, leagues, talent, and sports institutions. + Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels. + Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. + Experience in lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brands.
