The role works directly with the business, category leaders, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities. **Key Responsibilities** · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of “X to X” Source-to-Contract professionals: providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance. · Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities. MBA or further advanced degree is desirable. **Experience and Skills** **Required:** · 8-10 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience with minimum 5 years in a management role. · Prior experience of leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure and managing key stakeholders internally and externally in a service delivery environment. · Strategic mindset. Disciplined data-oriented thinking to be able to plan for long term. · Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player representing Source2Contract and overall procurement in various teams within the company and outside.
