In the role of **Senior Manager** in our **Software Solutions** team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. Your role involves guiding a local engineering team, promoting personal development, and managing the implementation of innovative cloud solutions for client applications on various platforms.
**The team you will be part of:**
You will join our Software Solutions team with the primary focus on software engineering for the enterprise division, where we build advanced cloud solutions that power connected experiences across platforms. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and a culture of engineering excellence centered on quality and innovation are essential to our team.
**Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:**
+ Lead and mentor a local team of engineers, promoting growth and development.
+ Build and scale efficient, effective engineering teams.
+ Support business owners by overseeing the delivery of end-to-end cloud and client applications.
+ Ensure clear alignment between product goals and engineering execution.
+ Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product managers.
**To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:**
+ Have a background in software engineering with hands-on understanding of modern development practices.
+ Are experienced in leading and developing people, with a commitment to mentoring and building effective teams.
+ Bring knowledge of cloud, desktop, or mobile software development environments.
+ Understand and promote agile and lean practices, facilitating efficient and collaborative ways of working.
+ Value engineering excellence — code quality, testing, automation, and scalable architectures.
+ Have proficient stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging effectively across product, architecture, and business.
+ Thrive in a collaborative, international environment, balancing technical depth with people leadership.

+ Have experience with scaling teams or organizations at the site level.
+ Bring knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or modern cloud-native technologies.
