Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training & Readiness to design, deliver, and sustain high-impact sales readiness initiatives across our North America Commercial organization. In this role, you will act as the critical link between sales strategy and execution—developing programs that sharpen seller capabilities, accelerate performance, and strengthen client retention.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales enablement or commercial readiness, strong facilitation and leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex business priorities into actionable learning strategies. Success in this role requires strategic vision, program management expertise, and the confidence to engage and inspire sellers at every career stage—from new hires to senior executives.
What You'll Do Design, deliver, and manage onboarding training programs for all new commercial sales representatives, including 30-60-90-day plans. Develop and facilitate ongoing training programs to upskill and support experienced team membersCreate, manage, and maintain a formal certification process to ensure consistent knowledge and skill development across the team.Provide regular coaching and mentorship to improve performance, confidence, and sales outcomeExpect some travel monthly/quarterly What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
