Commercial Banking – Global Trade Solutions

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade solutions, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are looking for high calibre professionals to join our team as Senior Manager, Sales, Global Trade Solutions.

Principal responsibilities

Lead and develop a motivated and high-performing team of sales managers to provide best in class trade solutions that meet the clients trade and working capital needs.

Devise and execute robust growth plan to target new opportunities in the trade business including reviewing and negotiating the full range of GTS services and priority solutions such as structured trade, sustainable trade and trade digitalisation.

Proactively identify opportunities within the marketplace, and energetically develop growth strategies which both leverage and develop our offering against market specific needs.

Manage and grow pipeline of opportunities and enable end to end acquisition and growth process.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the Bank.

Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities.

Developing and implementing distribution channel business development strategies.

Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening the understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews.
