Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, will report to the Head of Services Innovation, North America Digital Health and will be instrumental in defining how Samsung monetizes complex enterprise solutions while building out market expansion in a Services Innovation group.
Lead the design and implementation of operating and business models for Samsung Health’s emerging services innovation team. This role combines entrepreneurial leadership with organizational transformation - you'll build market expansion playbooks and new commercial operations while assessing and leveraging existing corporate capabilities from Samsung’s other North America Services Businesses outside of health to support consumption-based business models. You'll be instrumental in defining how Samsung monetizes solutions while transforming health access for consumers across the U.S.

Develop commercial strategy and operations for services innovationCreate scalable pricing architectures, e.g., consumption-based or outcomes-based pricing models that align with long-term corporate and product strategy in digital healthPartner with key corporate functions in the U.S. (Finance, Legal, HR) and leverage playbooks from similar U.S. business units to architect new business modelsBuild operations processes, including the design of new pricing and billing models, and deal desk, forecasting, other critical commercial capabilitiesEstablish KPIs, playbooks, etc. in collaboration with Product, Analytics, Partnerships, Marketing, partners and other teams Develop new processes, tools, and ROI frameworks to connect financial performance with product analyticsCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, and HQ teams to enhance and streamline partner financial reportingReview services performance with leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersContribute to the development and execution of the health team’s strategyCandidate Characteristics

Qualifications/Skills
Top-tier MBA preferred8+ years of experience in management consulting, BizOps, StratOps, RevOps, Sales Ops and related disciplinesStrong forecasting and scenario modeling backgroundExperience migrating companies from product/hardware to subscription/SaaS business models across a variety of tech stacks, including homegrown tech stacks Understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulationsTrack record of building new business processes and capabilities within both early stage and large organizationsExperience leading large cross-functional teams while leveraging shared servicesProfessional services or advising and implementation experiencePhysical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions
Work is generally performed in an office environment.This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position. Able to travel domestically or internationally, when required, to meet partners, development team, or other stakeholders.Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $165,000 ~ $210,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
