We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE) & BTP Reliability Lead** to drive program execution and ensure the **reliability, scalability, and compliance of SAP BTP (including Kyma)** across the SigniFi ecosystem. This leader will directly support the **Treasury Transformation (TMS Program)** , enabling mission-critical integrations and workflows on BTP that extend across Central Finance, S/4 HANA, and satellite systems. This role sits within **Technology Services (TS)** , where reliability and resilience are core to enabling J&J’s business. **Key Responsibilities** **Program Leadership & RTE** + Serve as the **Release Train Engineer (RTE)** for the SigniFi Treasury (TMS) Program. + Facilitate **PI Planning, ART ceremonies, dependency management, and delivery alignment** across Treasury squads. + Drive collaboration across TS, BT, Finance, and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. + Champion Agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and cross-team coordination. **BTP Reliability & Kyma** + Lead **reliability and resilience** of SAP BTP services across the SigniFi ecosystem. + Ensure governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management of BTP, including **Kyma runtime for microservices, extensions, and event-driven architectures** . + Define and enforce reliability SLAs for integrations, APIs, workflows, and extensions built on BTP. + Partner with S/4 and Central Finance teams to manage impacts and dependencies of BTP services on core platforms. **Treasury Transformation Enablement** + Partner with Treasury stakeholders to deliver the **TMS Program** , integrating Treasury capabilities through BTP. + Oversee integrations across **Central Finance, Data Hub, DDGR, and downstream systems** . + Enable Treasury workflows and extensions leveraging **BTP + Kyma** for scalability and flexibility. **Governance & Quality** + Enforce TS standards, security frameworks, and best practices for BTP usage across all squads. + Drive SDLC compliance, SOX readiness, and audit discipline across Treasury and integration deliveries. + Proactively manage risks, incidents, and dependencies impacting reliability. **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). + **10+ years of SAP delivery experience** with strong exposure to Finance transformation programs. + Proven track record as a **Release Train Engineer (RTE)** or equivalent Agile/SAFe leadership role. + Deep expertise in **SAP BTP services** , including **BTP Kyma runtime** for cloud-native applications. + Strong knowledge of **Treasury (TMS), Finance processes, and enterprise integration patterns** . + Experience delivering reliable, compliant solutions across global-scale SAP ecosystems. + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across Business, TS, and vendor partners.
