About the role:
As the Recruitment Marketing Senior Manager, you will activate our global Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing strategy across the employee and candidate lifecycle. You'll be responsible for developing and managing our enterprise recruitment marketing strategy while enabling recruitment marketing across our diverse lines of business. In this role, you will execute data-driven strategies through an integrated marketing approach to drive awareness, engagement, and applications from priority talent areas and employees.
Job Responsibilities
Create and execute data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns that generate leads to priority openings and talent communities, with demonstrated ability to impact key metrics like cost-per-hire, application quality, and time-to-hire.
Execute data-driven Employer Brand campaigns that generate awareness and engagement of employees and candidates in partnership with Employer Brand counterparts and ensure a cohesive and aligned campaign, channel and content approach.
Manage external vendors to innovate recruitment marketing tactics and execute plans and achieve goals to optimize candidate flow.
Develop and maintain tools, materials and assets for recruiting and hiring teams to leverage to drive attraction to open roles and build brand presence
Collaborate with the HR and recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns in priority markets
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts, leveraging insights to optimize outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or HR
5-7 years of experience focused on recruitment marketing and employer branding activities
Strong experience with programmatic job advertising and lead generation strategies
Well-developed copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
Refined verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
High level of comfort with navigating ambiguity
Experience managing data, measuring data-based outcomes and brand effectiveness efforts, including building dashboards and performing campaign analysis
Knowledge of paid media channels, tools, best practices, and emerging trends
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Canva
Proven ability to manage and optimize recruitment marketing budgets for maximum ROI
Estimated total compensation for this position:
120,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
