The Senior Manager, Recruitment – South Asia, is a strategic talent advisor responsible for building sustainable, ready-to-hire talent pipelines to support both hotel openings and ongoing operational needs across South Asia.
You will deliver recruitment outcomes to the South Asia team by identifying, engaging, assessing, and qualifying talent in the market ahead of demand, ensuring the business has access to diverse, high-quality candidates through robust talent communities and in-market talent banks. Working closely with the APAC recruitment leaders, business leaders, and HR partners, you will position Hilton as an employer of choice and enable faster, higher-quality hiring decisions.
The key focus of this role is recruitment activities to hire GM & 4D talents for opening hotels, as well as supporting the hiring of critical positions in the operating hotel estate.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Building and Managing Talent Banks
Establish and maintain in-market talent banks for priority roles and future openings, with clearly defined qualification standards.
Ensure talent banks are actively engaged, refreshed, segmented, and hire-ready, not static databases.
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders across the business to align talent bank composition with forecasted demand.
Enable faster hiring by ensuring pre-qualified talent pools are available ahead of new hotel openings and peak hiring periods.
Ensure that diversity targets are exceeded by having ready-to-go talent banks of local talent ready to hire.
Candidate Qualification & Assessment Excellence
Lead the end-to-end candidate qualification process, ensuring consistent assessment of capability, potential, and cultural alignment.
Set high standards for candidate evaluation, screening, and shortlisting to ensure quality over volume.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining selection rigor and speed.
Ensure all recruiting practices comply with internal and external regulations. Conduct research and translate trends into creative and innovative practices, understand how the innovative trends and competitive landscape affect the business, and identify the most suitable recruiting approaches to support high-performance hiring.
Drive accountability, ownership, and collaboration of all stakeholders in the recruitment process, promoting a strong team culture.
Employer Brand & Talent Attraction
Partner with Recruitment Marketing and Brand teams to attract, engage, and nurture target talent segments.
Support EVP activation through sourcing campaigns, storytelling, and targeted talent community engagement.
Strengthen Hilton’s presence in priority markets as an employer of choice for future-ready talent.
