The Senior Manager will contribute to the overall success of the Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) workstream of a multi-year risk transformation program. Reporting to the Director, Quality Assurance (QA), RESL Program, the QA Senior Manager will be responsible for performing QA review activities to assess the design and reasonability in support of the effective closure of key initiatives. The incumbent will also provide value-added support to our internal stakeholders by making recommendations which contribute to the overall enhancement of our programs and processes. Over time, the role will evolve to incorporate governance and oversight activities for GRM with a similar reporting structure. The position will further be accountable for the continuous improvement of program governance and capabilities over the life of the transformation program.

Bachelor’s degree required, combined with relevant work experience. Ability to apply professional judgment, supported by appropriate analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand various operations and assess the effectiveness of processes and controls. Demonstrable success in leading large-scale projects involving geographically and functionally diverse stakeholders. Effective communication skills, including developing/delivering executive presentations, socializing complex proposals, and facilitating senior management working sessions to secure key decisions. Ability to effectively challenge and objectively opine are key success drivers. Strong experience in project/portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting. Ability to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change. Experience in Compliance, Audit, risk assessment, testing, and internal control assessment methodologies. Ability to work in an environment with competing deadlines, ambiguity, rapid change, and develop approaches to conduct QA in these environments.
