We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Public Affairs, Brazil** to support and execute our engagement strategy with Brazil's Legislative Power, working closely with the Director of Legislative Branch, the Director of Public Affairs, and the VP of PACS. This role is pivotal in strengthening relationships across Congress and positioning Coca-Cola as a constructive ally to Brazil's development agenda. The ideal candidate will bring strong legislative insight, relationship-building capability, and disciplined stakeholder management. If you are passionate about influence, public policy execution, and collaborative impact, we want you on our team. **What You'll Do for Us** + **Execute and support** Coca-Cola's legislative engagement strategy in Brazil, aligned with PACS priorities and leadership direction. + **Build and manage relationships** with key congressional stakeholders, including Senators, Federal Deputies, advisors, and technical consultants. + **Identify and analyze opportunities** within the legislative agenda to position the Company as a credible partner for Brazil's economic, social, and sustainable development. + **Represent the Company** in meetings, briefings, and working sessions within Congress, ensuring consistent and values-driven positioning. + **Maintain and continuously update** a comprehensive stakeholder map of the Legislative Branch, tracking influence, priorities, and engagement plans. + **Monitor legislative developments** and provide timely insights, briefs, and recommendations to PACS leadership. + **Partner cross-functionally** with Legal, Sustainability, Communications, and business teams to ensure alignment of policy positions and messaging. + **Support the execution of the PACS ABP** through operational planning, budget tracking and program implementation, coordination with bottlers and internal teams, and on-the-ground support during issues and crisis (IMCR) situations as needed. **Requirements & Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree required; degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field preferred. + Solid experience in government relations, legislative affairs, or public policy, with direct exposure to Brazil's Congress. + Strong understanding of Brazil's legislative structure, processes, and decision-making dynamics. + Proven ability to manage operational and mid- to senior-level relationships within the Legislative Branch. + Analytical capability to assess legislative proposals and translate implications into actionable insights. + Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the credibility to influence without direct authority. + Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment. + Portuguese fluency required; English proficiency required for regional and global collaboration. **What We'll Do for You** + **Global Exposure:** Be part of a globally connected PACS organization, supporting legislative strategies across Brazil and LATAM. + **Iconic Brands:** Contribute to the public policy positioning of one of the world's most respected companies. + **Learning & Development:** Access continuous learning platforms, leadership development resources, and opportunities for career growth. + **Purpose-Driven Work:** Support constructive public dialogue and policies that enable sustainable development in Brazil.
