We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Public Affairs, Brazil** to lead the mapping, development, and execution of strategic relationships with key local governments and partners across Brazil. This role is pivotal in strengthening Coca-Cola's local license to operate, positioning the Company as a trusted partner to cities and communities, and enabling collaboration with NGOs and strategic allies in support of shared social, environmental, and economic priorities. The ideal candidate will bring strong public-sector experience, partnership-building capability, and the ability to operate effectively across geographies and stakeholders.

**What You'll Do for Us**
+ **Lead the mapping and prioritization** of relationships and engagement opportunities with local governments across Brazil, with a strong focus on So Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, Manaus, and locations where bottlers operate.
+ **Build and manage relationships** with key local government stakeholders, positioning Coca-Cola as a constructive and reliable partner at the municipal and state levels.
+ **Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities** with NGOs, civil society organizations, and other key partners, in close collaboration with Communications and Sustainability teams.
+ **Enable local engagement strategies** that align public affairs, sustainability, and business priorities to support community development and shared value creation.
+ **Partner cross-functionally** with bottlers, PACS, Sustainability, Communications, and business leadership to ensure alignment between local initiatives and enterprise objectives.
+ **Monitor local policy and political dynamics** , identifying risks and opportunities that may impact operations, reputation, or partnerships.
+ **Represent the Company** in local forums, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and partnership discussions, ensuring consistent and values-driven positioning.
+ **Support the execution of the PACS ABP** through operational planning, budget tracking and program implementation, coordination with bottlers and internal teams, and on-the-ground support during issues and crisis (IMCR) situations as needed.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required; degree in Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, Law, or related field preferred.
+ Solid experience in government relations, public affairs, or partnerships, with direct exposure to local or state governments in Brazil.
+ Strong understanding of Brazil's local government structures and decision-making processes, particularly in major urban centers.
+ Proven ability to build and manage relationships with public-sector stakeholders, NGOs, and external partners.
+ Experience working cross-functionally with communications, sustainability, or community-focused teams.
+ Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence without direct authority.
+ Portuguese fluency required; English proficiency required for regional and global collaboration.
