Role Purpose
The Enterprise Transformation consultant role requires working collaboratively with teams, internal customers and stakeholders to design, implement and maintain frameworks and standards to support teams delivering transformational change efforts of varying size and complexity. This role will utilize project and change management principles, project management processes, and tools to focus on providing the frameworks.
The Enterprise Transformation consultant will be able to work independently, as well as with the direction of Program Managers and Change Managers.
What this job involves
Key responsibilities include:
Work as part the Transformation Management Office to support a wide array of change management activities
Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members
Manage day to day activities supporting the development and implementation of Frameworks and standards including Portfolio Reporting, Resourcing, Communities of Practice team standard operating procedures
Support Centre of Excellence activities as required as drives engagement with broader transformation agenda
Support technology tooling strategy for key capability areas
Engage with stakeholders companywide to understand and advise on their objectives and problems.
Support the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, taking ownership from start to finish
Lead or support project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team.
· Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents within project management systems.

The CandidateThe successful candidate will combine the ability to lead multiple teams/workstreams with project management skills and prior experience delivering the benefits of transformational change
The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen in addition to excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.
Experience
Extensive professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well established transformation agenda, with 8 – 10 years of experience.
Previous roles include Program Delivery responsibility in a global company with similar size to JLL
Direct experience of business transformation projects
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential
Experience of working across multiple jurisdictions to identify opportunities for migrations/location strategy rightsizing
Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L
Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere
Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents within project management systems
Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential

Technical Skills
Identify opportunities for standardisation, improvement, automation or relocation of processes
To own, contribute and deliver project tasks / activities as required to deliver project outcomes on the ground
Work with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support for proposed solutions
