This individual will drive the successful execution of medium to large, complex, and strategic programs that directly impact business outcomes. The Senior Program Manager candidate will lead Program Management Teams (PMTs), oversee program performance, and act as the primary interface with customers and senior leadership, ensuring delivery of superior products and services. This role requires a proven leader with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs and a portfolio of projects. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
