A challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Advanced Compact Electronic Warfare Solutions (ACES) Product Line within the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area. The candidate will be the finance lead of the New Hampshire Development portfolios within ACES and manage a team of Program Finance professionals. This portfolio of programs is developing cutting-edge, next-generation technology for classified and unclassified customers and is comprised of several cost type programs with external reporting requirements. This role must act as the strategic partner to the portfolio, providing leadership, expertise and guidance to the product area director, functional leadership team, program managers, and the members of their finance team. Finance managers within ACES play a key role in furthering product area strategy, enabling program execution success, securing future growth for the business, and developing the next generation of finance leaders. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a **hybrid work format** , with time split between working on-site and remotely. **This role is based out of Nashua, NH** . The candidate **must be able to secure a Secret Clearance to support classified contracts** . **Responsibilities include:** + Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of Finance professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement + Serving as the Finance partner to the Product area directors, leadership team and program teams + Key member of the ACES Finance Leadership team, supporting Product Line financial commitments and requirements, goal setting/management, resource planning, etc. + Supporting, reviewing and influencing program baselines through earned value management + Developing and shaping program risks and opportunities + Reviewing/analyzing estimates at completion + Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements + Interfacing with customers and serving as a consultant for external communications + Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions and leadership in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner + Seeking out projects to continually improve processes and developing creative solutions to problems and driving change + Proposal support through participating in strategy discussion, kick-off preparation, proposal preparation/review, fact-finding, statements of position, and negotiations + Has/able to obtain a Secret Clearance to support classified programs **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline plus 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 6 years of relevant experience + Prior Program Controls experience working with various contract types + Experience managing and developing individuals + Working knowledge of Earned Value Management + Capable of efficient and relevant decision-making + Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills + Strong interpersonal skills + Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of the organization + Ability to communicate and present financial data to various functions and varying levels of Management + Experience with Financial forecasting and analysis + Recent experience in the Defense Industry + Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular, Excel and Power Point **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with **Hyperion** , **Cobra** , **ProPricer** , **Oracle** , and **Smartview** + Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies + Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $134640 - $228888 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
