DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
We’re looking for an experienced product marketer (8+ years in financial services) who’s excited to lead the way in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for our charitable donor-advised fund. In this role, you’ll help shape our value proposition and bring ongoing enhancements to life—making sure our message reaches and inspires key audiences across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute product marketing strategies that bring our donor-advised fund offer to life, driving awareness, adoption, and retention. Advocate for our donors and advisors, ensuring messaging resonates with their needs and journeys.Serve as a product marketing expert, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, client-centric marketing.Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and plans, managing execution across audiences and channels.Create and update marketing deliverables—emails, web pages, sales materials—ensuring consistent, compelling messaging.Lead projects from strategy through delivery, partnering with subject matter experts, agencies, and stakeholders.Use data and insights to continuously improve our marketing, sharing learnings and celebrating successes. Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Product Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.8+ years of product marketing experience in financial services, with a track record of developing and optimizing audience-focused campaigns. Excellent communication skills—able to educate, influence, and inspire partners at all levels.Strong organizational and project management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Self-starter mindset, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Experience managing budgets and agency relationships.We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week.
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of investor/advisor audiences, or philanthropy space.
