Senior Manager, Product Management - Home Services

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management who is obsessed with shipping value and great customer experiences. In this role, you will drive the strategy for software solutions that remove friction, accelerate sales, and create delightful experiences for both customers and associates. You must be a master of the feedback loop, seamlessly blending quantitative data and qualitative insights into rigorous OKR frameworks that keep teams aligned and accountable. We need a leader ready to influence cross-functional giants, break down silos, and lead a team that consistently delivers production-ready value.

You will lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, transforming them into a powerhouse of solution-based innovation. You will act as the bridge between emerging capabilities and tangible business outcomes, championing the strategic application of Generative and Agentic AI to build smarter software, while empowering your team to leverage these tools to revolutionize their own discovery and design workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

Typically reports to the Technology Director, Sr. Director or Vice President.


Travel Requirements:

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.


Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.


Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in digital product management, with at least 3+ years leading and coaching high-performing product teams.Demonstrated fluency in emerging AI technologies, specifically the application of Generative and Agentic AI in product discovery, design workflows, and end-user solutions.Proven track record of "shipping to production,"Expertise in the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, with a specific ability to translate high-level business goals into measurable product outcomes.Mastery of the "Feedback Loop": Deep experience synthesizing quantitative analytics (e.g., amplitude, SQL, tableau) and qualitative user research to drive iterative strategy shifts.Transformational Leadership: Experience not just managing, but evolving product culture—teaching teams how to move from "feature factory" outputs to outcome-driven problem solving.Elite stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing) and align diverging priorities toward a shared vision.Experience in "Dual-Track" Agile, balancing the need for rapid discovery/experimentation with stable, high-quality delivery.Talent Developer: A history of attracting top talent and mentoring Product Managers from junior to senior levels, specifically in modern discovery techniques and data literacy.
