\nResponsibilities\nProduct Roadmap and Strategy: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business research, customer needs and feedback. Accountable for providing complete, accurate, documented and justified IT solution designs to meet customer and DHL requirements\nBusiness Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive revenue growth. Ensures compliance with architecture models & technical patterns and overall strategies for responsible product.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, regional transport, regional peers, and IT, to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.\nPerformance Monitoring: Constant review of Transport System to ensure the business is gaining maximum benefit from those systems. Track product performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.\nProject Management/Delivery: Manage product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.\nProduct Collaboration & Service Management: Interacts and coordinates with region, product vendor to resolve technical issues of major significance and participates in vendor road map discussions and initiatives to drive APAC requirements and strategies.\n\nProvide consultation on the technology, platform or tools under his/her product remit or expertise.\nEnsure Service levels of products are met per service management SLAs.\nVendor collaboration: Maintain vendor relationship including managing contractual, upgrades ,renewals and Invoicing.\n\n\nTeam Management: Day-to-day management of the staff within the Transport systems team.\nCustomer/Stakeholder: Supporting and promoting the TMS solutions across region, toward full utilization of product capabilities to maximize business benefit. Also, develop team knowledge and skills.\n\nWork with members of the DHL Transport Operations community to understand business requirements & provide IT solutions to address those requirements\nEngage with stakeholders, hear voice of customer and market trends to gather feedback, understand their needs to continuously improve products. Accountable for the effective customer and stakeholder communications and management within their respective programme of work\nWork with country IT to enhance the transport and its auxiliary applications.\nWork with application vendors to develop robust and supportable solutions that meet DHL requirements.\nWork with the Application Support & Infrastructure teams to deliver the IT environments that support the transport application.\nManage stakeholder relationships, expectations & communications by Supporting and growing consistent stakeholder relationships\nTo be a role model to peers, share knowledge and train DHL staff as and when required.\nTo foster / encourage cross-effectiveness across teams.\n\n\n\n
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
\n\nOver 5 years of experience in integrated IT TMS solution implementation, delivery, support and of multi-disciplinary IT experience in two or more functions: project management, business analysis, systems analysis, technical development, or solutions management.\nOver 5 years of experience in managing and developing employees.\nAt least 2 years of program management experience and 3 years of project management experience or strong project involvement.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nMaintain in-depth technical knowledge to provide advice on its application in the product journey.\n\n\nProven experience in IT solutions development, data analysis, systems design, integration, or implementation.\nDomain knowledge in customer-facing logistics systems or the ability to quickly grasp new domain knowledge.\nSolid understanding of processes and metrics supporting transport or warehousing functions in 3PL, logistics, retail, or e-commerce.\nResults-oriented with a \"get-it-done\" attitude, capable of breaking through organizational silos and achieving goals in a matrix environment; quick to adopt best practices.\nStrong judgment and decision-making skills, applying broad knowledge when evaluating risks and priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical senior management.\nEnergetic, enthusiastic, and collaborative management style.\nPrior experience with customer-facing SaaS systems/products within an IT function.\nJob application will close by 5 Dec 2025\n
