As Senior Manager of Line Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Allstate Canada’s insurance products. Accountabilities:
Proactively identify and remove barriers to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Drive innovation across the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of Consultants, overseeing performance, workforce planning, and recruitment.
Develop and implement strategies that integrate product, pricing, and risk management for nationwide impact.
Contribute to short- and long-term strategic goals aimed at market share growth and profitability.
Collaborate with stakeholders across ACG and product teams to align on strategies and execution plans.
Analyze industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging issues to shape strategic recommendations for pricing, product, and risk management.
Champion cross-functional coordination to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives.
Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leaders on initiatives and organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in product development, risk management, and insurance regulations, enabling you to guide strategic decisions with confidence.
A visionary, solutions-driven mindset, capable of turning complex challenges into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, allowing you to build alignment and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 133,400.00 - 183,400.00 annually.
