As part of Procurement organization, the Senior Manager is responsible for driving and/or supporting all aspects of spend performance such as reliability, innovation, costs, supply network readiness, and corporate citizenship goals, while collaborating with the wider procurement and supply chain community. The Biologics Category Senior Manager is responsible for the global procurement of Complex Biologics (including resins) which are used in Large Molecule Drug Substance (DS) Manufacturing across our network. The Senior Manager will lead the process and governance required to ensure Biologics material resiliency of our R&D pipeline. They will also develop and manage strong relationships with key suppliers, the sites, and the technical teams to improve supplier reliability and value creation. Success will be measured across multiple dimensions: financial performance, delivery performance, service, category strategy, and compliance adherence.
