As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role. **Job Description:** This position reports to the **Associate Vice President, Cyber Security Governance Remediation, Program Strategy** **.** The **Cyber Portfolio Lead** is a results-driven individual, who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is part of the Strategic, Planning & Execution (SPE) Team, and operates at a strategic portfolio level to ensure alignment between programs and projects to the GSD organizational priorities. This role highlights insights and opportunities to Senior Leadership to facilitate data driven decisions to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Security & Defence (GSD) portfolio. The Cyber Portfolio Lead partners with GSD Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and executive stakeholders across multiple functions. In this role you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:  **Job** **Description** + Overseeaportfolioof projectswithin theGSDorganization,workingwith Senior Leaders,enablement partners, and domainspecialists. + Monitor portfolio investmentsand spendagainstbudgets and forecasts,identifyingtrends,and potential opportunities. + Build relationships withstakeholders(e.g.Finance, Business Management Group, Procurement,Project Delivery teams,etc.) to runcross-functional meetings,gatherand shareinformationin order todelivera streamlined andunifiedview ofthe Cyber portfolio. + Translateand summarizeportfolioupdates into clear, actionable insightsto GSD SLT. + Monitor portfolio performance,identifyrisks, and escalate issues to ensuretimelyresolutionand drive decisions as needed. + Conductregularportfolio reviews and manage contingency allocations asrequired. + Workwith otherPortfolioLeads to understand pan-portfolio trends, inter-portfolio dependencies,deliverup to datesnapshot views of the health and effectiveness of each portfolio. + Facilitate post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned andbenefits realization to helpdrive continuous improvement. + Work with delivery partners to help ensuredatais keptup-to-datewith the most relevant andrecent information. + Serve asapoint of contact for portfolio-level inquiries, fostering strong relationships with business and technology partners. **Job Requirements ** + Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
