This person will serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and Finance, ensuring our campaigns drive measurable impact across 400+ geographies

JOB SUMMARY:
Sears Home Services is embarking on an in-housing initiative to bring more control, efficiency, and innovation to our digital marketing programs. We're seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing & Automation who will lead the strategy and execution of our paid search, shopping, and programmatic campaigns across our In-Home Appliance Repair and D2C Parts business units, while driving automation across our marketing tech stack.
