Senior Manager, Performance Consulting - Employee Relations (Remote)
**What you will do** We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Performance Management to lead and evolve our performance consultation strategy across teams in the US. In this role, you’ll partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to drive a culture of accountability and continuous feedback, while ensuring fair and compliant handling of underperformance. You’ll design scalable processes, coach people managers, and lead initiatives that enhance manager effectiveness and employee experience. **Additional responsibilities:** + Serve as a strategic partner and coach to people managers across U.S. teams, providing hands-on support for performance challenges including documentation, coaching, feedback delivery, LOEs, and PIPs. + Design and evolve a scalable, repeatable performance management consultation strategy that supports long-term growth and consistency. + Collaborate with the People & Organizational Development COE, HRBPs, and global HR teams to align performance culture with broader people strategies and leverage global tools and templates. + Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant handling of underperformance cases in partnership with Employment Legal, Employee Relations, and Workplace Practices. + Lead the performance management process with a focus on transparency, fairness, and manager effectiveness, while balancing employee experience. + Build and deliver targeted training, practical frameworks, conversation guides, and escalation protocols to strengthen manager capability in addressing performance issues. + Monitor underperformance trends and outcomes, maintaining documentation standards and providing insights, dashboards, and recommendations to business-facing HR. + Continuously assess and improve underperformance-related policies and processes, incorporating feedback from HR and business leaders to refine the approach. + Champion a culture of accountability, clarity, and constructive feedback, promoting early intervention and regular feedback as standard management practices. + Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to support and scale performance management efforts. **What you will need -** **Required Qualifications** + ​Bachelor's degree required or equivalent 6+ years of work experience + 10+ years of work experience + Previous HR or role-related experience **Preferred Qualifications** + 5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, Employee Relations or role-related experience + 4+ years of people leadership experience + Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups + Experience building or standing up a performance management program, with a focus on identifying scalable and sustainable processes + Experience working in highly regulated or complex organizational environments + Proven business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders $129,600- $264,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
