Let’s shape the future of banking together! **What you will be doing:** The Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management, will support with the execution of organizational change management (OCM) initiatives within Tangerine Bank in the context of our strategic transformation program delivery (Project Clarity). This 18-month contract position is critical in ensuring that Project Clarity change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee engagement, buy-in and activation. Through strategic change management skills and the ability to execute on initiatives across businesses and functions, this role helps drive increased employee, client and shareholder value. The Senior Manager will work alongside the Director, Transformation Change Management, focusing on the multiple facets of OCM, including communication strategies, creative solutions, program management and change management practices as we transition the organization to the new operating model. **Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:** + Change Management Strategy Support: + Support with the implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans to drive successful organizational change initiatives. + Proactively identify opportunities where additional OCM tactics may increase value and/or time-to-market. + Conduct talent and skills assessments, impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. + Develop and deliver change management plans that include communication, training, and support activities. + Establishes tracking and monitoring systems to measure progress and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with the operational model. Leverages data to make recommendations for continuous improvement. + Engage with stakeholders across Tangerine, Scotiabank, and 3rd parties to gather feedback and ensure alignment with change management objectives. + Champion a client-obsessed culture. + Leverage a growth mindset, embracing learning and continuous improvement. + Contribute to a dynamic workplace fostering trust, integrity and inclusion. + Identify and remove obstacles to drive momentum across teams. + Communication and Training: + Support with the creation and execution of communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process. + Create communications in multiple formats including videos, podcasts and graphics, with a creative fintech approach to drive engagement across multiple teams and projects. + Support with the delivery of training programs to support the adoption of new processes and systems across multiple platforms. + Create and distribute change management materials, including newsletters, FAQs, and training guides. + Measurement and Reporting: + Monitor and report on change management progress, identifying areas for improvement. + Conduct ongoing retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to assess the success of change initiatives and identify lessons learned. + Risk Management + Understand how the company's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. + Ensure the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
