The team you will be a part of The Operations/Production team plans, directs and monitors all production activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization's resources and meet established production specifications, schedules and quality standards. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.This role in summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Manufacturing to lead and optimize our production operations.This pivotal role manages the Assembly, Machine Shop, and Paint operations teams. This position reports to the Plant Lead and is a member of the Greenville Manufacturing Leadership team. Ensures our team meets and exceeds operational and financial targets and leads multi discipline projects. Focus on strategy implementation/control. Develops departmental plans, guided by resource availability and functional objectives. Need to anticipate internal/external business issues, and recommend change. 


The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Your responsibilities will include Lead and manage all manufacturing operations, including production, scheduling, and logistics, to meet output, quality, and cost objectives.Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.Oversee and mentor manufacturing teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and professional development.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize processes and workflows.Manage operational budgets and capital expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations and product delivery.Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions.Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management roleProven experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)Preferred skills and experiences An MBA or advanced degreeWorld Class Manufacturing (WCM) experienceProven strong ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks as well as set expectations for the leaders that are reporting to youStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologiesExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and drive changeExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsWhat we offer
