At The Coca Cola Company, Finance is where purpose meets performance-empowering leaders to drive growth, steward value, and raise the bar as we build a resilient, future ready organization A successful **Senior Manager, Franchise Finance Ecuador** is one who can execute a strong finance strategy within the Zone/Franchise to **drive growth and profitability** in the country. **What you'll do for us** Partner with Franchise operational finance leaders, Operational Finance Zone Lead and Zone CFO to support activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including: + Support franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level + Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations + Quantitative and qualitative local Bottler/Customer information + Assess Financial implications and models on new ARTM and optimization of current value chain + Support all **Business Models and Margins** within the Franchise, including: + Execution of business models optimization and system top line growth + Assessment and segmentation by Franchise Unit (Fixed vs hybrid vs incidence) + Incidence Pricing negotiations at Franchise level + Develop, implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain + Bring margins discipline to operational business decisions + Track margins objectives at Franchise level + Leverage the network and execute locally Global margin strategy ​ Support **Mergers & Acquisitions and Revenue growth Management** : + Support ad hoc M&A analysis and assessment at Franchise level + Support the financial implementation of new business models + Support Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at Franchise level + Analyze and Support **Working Capital and Cash Management** : **Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:** + Role model the **'Leadership in the Network'** definition + Provide holistic **understanding of business performance inside the Zone/Franchise** + **Execute end-to-end business planning** inside the Franchise, working cross functionally inside theorganization and coordinating with the Operational Finance Lead. + Use a **fact-based, analytic, strategic approach** to collaborating across Franchise/Zone/OU + **Deliver core financial strategies** , practices and solutions, to grow business profitability in a sustainableway ​ **Qualification & Requirements** + **+7 years of leadership experience i** n senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles + **Leadership and management experience** , as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels **Functional Skills:** Key Knowledge Requirements: **Mastery Of (** _Required_ **)** Analytics Knowledge And Insights Communication Agile Ways Of Working Advanced Technical Skills **Broad Expertise In (** _Good To Have_ **)** Risk Management Strategic Thinking Enterprise-Wide / Transversal Initiatives Portfolio Strategy Flexibility **Communication Focus** This role is responsible for **partnering internally as well as externally** to effectively drive financialoutcomes, as well as to build alignment on key initiatives and metrics, with a focus on communication to: + Franchise GM and Market Execution Directors / Managers + Bottlers local management leadership (finance, commercial etc) + Marketing leadership at the Zone / Franchise + OU finance leadership and teams (planning, resource allocation, customers and commercial fin ops) + Other OU teams under network organization (Customer and Commercial Leadership, Stills, Marketingteams) + Other Key Regional Stakeholders (customers, JVs, suppliers etc) **What We Can Do For You**   + **Agile & Innovative Software Platforms:** Each day we are working to improve efficiency and reporting using top tier platforms and technologies. + **Connections:** We work cross-functionally across different business groups to make sure that we can put together the clearest numbers & projections for our customers. + **Diverse Customers:** We work with thousands of customers each day which range from international large-retail chains, grocery stores, restaurants, airports, and so many more.
