Senior Manager, Operations and Implementation, Recruiting Process Excellence
Position Summary...We are seeking a recruiting domain expert to lead enterprise-wide recruiter process excellence. This role is part of the TA Operations team and is responsible for ensuring that recruiting processes and practices are efficient, standardized, and continually evolving to meet the needs of a dynamic recruiting environment.

The ideal candidate brings firsthand experience across diverse hiring models and sourcing strategies and will translate that expertise into systems, processes, and enablement that elevate recruiter performance at scale.

What You’ll Do

Recruiter Process Standardization and Ownership: Design and maintain standardized recruiter-facing processes across salaried, hourly, niche, and high-volume hiring environments. Partner with product owners and engineering to embed these processes into recruiting systems like Workday and CRM tools. Balance enterprise consistency with the flexibility needed to serve specialized recruiting models.Talent Hub Governance and Policy Maintenance: Ensure all recruiter SOPs, policies, and enablement materials are current and centralized in Talent Hub. Keep documentation tightly aligned with evolving system functionality and best practices across hiring types.Recruiter Enablement and Continuous Learning: Develop and launch a continuous learning framework tailored to the recruiter population. Equip recruiters with the knowledge and support needed to navigate tools, workflows, and hiring strategies through structured training, onboarding, and just-in-time learning.Escalation Leadership for Recruiting Process and Technology Disruptions: Lead cross-functional response efforts during recruiting disruptions. Mobilize partners across Ops, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues quickly while ensuring long-term process stability and recruiter impact mitigation.Operational Insight and Root Cause Analysis: Monitor recruiter behavior data, SOP adherence, and feedback signals to uncover trends, blockers, and gaps in adoption. Conduct structured root cause analysis and drive process refinement based on real-world execution challenges.Cross-Team Alignment and Process Governance: Serve as the process authority for TA Ops partners and business unit leaders. Create alignment on recruiter workflows, surface variation where appropriate, and introduce scalable guardrails through structured governance routines.

Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience across salaried, hourly, driver, niche, and high-volume hiringStrong knowledge of sourcing methods, passive candidate strategies, funnel metrics, and recruiter operating modelsDemonstrated ability to design, document, and improve recruiter-facing processes at scaleExperience training and enabling recruiters across different hiring contexts and experience levelsFamiliarity with systems such as Workday Recruiting, CRM platforms, and process documentation toolsAnalytical mindset and experience using behavior data or performance trends to drive decision-makingExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skillsBackground in structured process improvement methodologies such as Lean, SIPOC, or RACI is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
