As part of our Digital Assets organization, you’ll help advance Schwab’s leadership in blockchain-driven insights and cryptocurrency market understanding. In this role, you will apply your data-analysis and blockchain-forensics expertise to trace digital-asset flows, uncover patterns, and deliver insights that support Schwab’s strategic decision-making.

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, blockchain intelligence, and financial innovation, helping Schwab bring clarity and transparency to an evolving asset class.

What you’ll do:

Analyze blockchain activity: Collect, normalize, and analyze on-chain transaction data across multiple blockchains to identify trends, counterparties, and fund-flow patterns.Deliver business insights: Build visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery) that translate complex blockchain data into actionable intelligence for business partners.Conduct market analysis: Track industry developments, token movements, and regulatory trends to inform Schwab’s digital-asset strategy.Develop data solutions: Design and maintain automated pipelines to integrate blockchain data into Schwab.Partner across Schwab: Work closely with the Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product teams to develop reporting frameworks that meet strategic goals and business needs. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineeringWorking knowledge of SQL (BigQuery, Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Strong understanding of blockchain networks, cryptocurrency transactions, and digital walletsDemonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings clearly to business partners

Preferred Qualifications:
