Sodexo Facilities Solutions is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Office Manager to support our integrated facilities management operations at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Mainland Campus. As a key member of Sodexo’s on-site facilities leadership team, the Sr. Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and streamlining administrative processes that support daily operations, team efficiency, and compliance. This individual ensures that facilities services are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory alignment—while also managing support staff and contributing to long-term operational goals.
What You'll DoManage day-to-day administrative operations for the Facilities Management team
Coordinate office services including supply inventory, space planning, and facility service needs
Supervise and support administrative team members, ensuring timely task completion and team collaboration
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and regulatory documentation
Schedule meetings, compile agendas, and track action items for leadership teams
Manage vendor communications, purchase orders, and invoice processing
Support payroll administration, timekeeping, and staffing coordination
Monitor lease documentation and maintain related records, if applicable
Serve as a liaison between Sodexo and AtlantiCare leadership to ensure aligned service delivery

What You BringAssociate's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 2 years of administrative and office management experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in facilities or healthcare-related environments is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead administrative teams and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
Familiarity with purchase order systems, payroll/timekeeping platforms, and facility maintenance tracking tools
