Senior Manager, OEE and Equipment Reliability

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution  7+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations; 3+ in leadership. Must have ability to travel at least 50% of the time ​Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline is preferred Knowledge of OA/OEE systems, CMMS, and reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, TPM). CMRP, CRE, or related certification preferred. Experience with predictive maintenance technologies that involved a transformation of a Facility Organization that delivered Key Results. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager of OA/OA/OEE and Equipment Reliability for our Airfoils Segment!  This person will lead strategies that maximize equipment performance, minimize downtime, manage spare parts using the A, B, C, D Toyota methodologies and improve overall production efficiency. This role will oversee OA/OEE tracking, preventive and predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering programs while partnering with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.  

Position can be located at any Engines plant in the US, with the preferred location being Whitehall, MI.

Primary Responsibilities 

Lead the OA/OEE and reliability efforts across the segment, setting goals and driving maintenance performance in terms of OA/OEE, PM Effectiveness, MTTF, and MTTR. Assist plants with an OA/OEE tracking system and identify/lead opportunities to improve throughput across the segment. Facilitate proper use of MP3/CMMS, maintenance metrics, maintenance personal training and 5s. Must know how to teach and run a TPM workshop tied to Hoshin/Kanri. Assist plants with implementing and teaching how and when preventive and predictive maintenance strategies can reduce downtime. Drive root cause analysis, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and reliability-centered maintenance efforts to all groups. Introduce new technologies (e.g., IIoT, condition monitoring) to enhance reliability. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
