Senior Manager, Nuclear Internal Communications

As Senior Manager, Nuclear Internal Communications reporting to the Senior Director, Global Internal Communications and working closely with the Vice-President of Global Nuclear Communications and Marketing, you will play a key role in elaborating the strategy, planning and delivery of internal communication initiatives for our Nuclear Global Business. You will work with many different stakeholders to identify the best communication approaches, channels and messages, design impactful communications, ensure an efficient flow of information, promote our nuclear capabilities and showcase our wide diversity of talents and expertise.

Your role

Develop strong relationships and advise internal clients on communications best practices.Work alongside your Global Communications & Marketing colleagues to plan, execute and measure integrated internal communications strategies.Lead the creation and deployment of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives on our internal channels, including content creations, newsletters, videos, webcasts, internal events, etc.Increase visibility and internal understanding of our global nuclear capabilities, operations and ambitions to enhance internal collaboration, promote growth and enhance business performance.Help connect our Nuclear sector to our wider business.Develop and promote employee stories and expertise profile.Support internal communication cascade and content customization to help connect our Nuclear sector to our wider business.Set internal communications standards and ensure consistent and efficient use of practices, processes, methodologies, and tools.Foster collaboration with other Communication & Marketing Centers of Expertise.Line manage and develop team members.Be a trailblazer by staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.Twelve years of relevant experience in communication advisory.Analytical skills and ability to understand technical concepts in order to convey them in simple terms.Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, as well as ability to meet deadlines.Team player with proven ability to reconcile a variety of perspectives and inputs.Ability to think outside the box, try new things and constantly look for better and bolder ways to get information out.Familiarity with the nuclear (or energy) sector will be considered an asset.La maitrise du français sera considérée comme un plus.Proficiency in French will be considered an asset.
