QualificationsBachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration and at least 5-10 years of laboratory experience.Responsible for the direct management of the leadership employees in the department including Group Leader I-IV.Knowledge of departmental techniques; manage personnel, resolve conflicts, and correct poor performance; attention to detail; tolerance for stress; integrity; computer skills; communicate effective (verbally and written); perform multiple tasks simultaneously; logical thought; make decisions for self and others; independently develop solutions to complex problems.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
