In this role, you will work alongside a team of managers, individual contributors, and technical and functional experts that have end-to-end business ownership over the growth and operational integrity of the marketplace channel within Lowe's online digital commerce. This role proactively identifies, vets, and optimizes existing sellers for Lowe's Marketplace. Additionally, this role will support the broader team with associated needs through a business lens leveraging insights and developing processes to improve the seller and customer journey. This leader works with cross-functional teams and interacts regularly with senior management to deliver team goals, seller goals, and organizational key performance indicators.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage digital onboarding and assortment planning for Marketplace sellers by leveraging insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics to grow and optimize product selection.
+ Work closely with internal teams—including merchandising, category optimization, marketing, onboarding, and support—to align on strategic goals and enhance both seller and customer experiences
+ Monitor KPIs, identify marketplace trends and category opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
+ Develop and manage seasonal roadmaps to ensure relevant, timely, and sustainable assortment updates for key sales events while maintaining marketplace standards and operational timelines.
+ Manage and mentor a high-performing team, foster an inclusive work environment, and help drive improvements to the seller journey by prioritizing features in partnership with onboarding and tech teams.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 8 years' experience in marketplace development or relevant experience
+ 8 years' experience in project management, product management, business analysis, program management or product marketing
+ 6 years' experience in external sales
+ 5 years' experience leading others directly or indirectly
+ 5 years' experience negotiating contracts and legal terms
+ Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Project Management, Communications or related field

Pay Range: $113,000.00 - $188,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
